The 8th Meeting of the POLLINECO Thematic Network (https://pollineco.org/) will take place in Rennes from 27 to 30 October 2026!

The decline of insect pollinators threatens the reproduction of flowering plants, agricultural production, and global food security. To respond effectively, coordinated and interdisciplinary approaches are essential. POLLINECO 2026 aims to bring together more than 150 researchers and students from 40 laboratories in Rennes. This 8th edition is part of the ongoing activities of the CNRS POLLINECO thematic network.

The conference will begin with a “Pollinators and Pesticides” day on 27 October, open to members of civil society.

From 28 to 30 October, conferences will be organized around six thematic areas:

• Pollination and Chemical Ecology (in partnership with the Mediatec Thematic Network)
• Floral Traits and Pollination Strategies
• Global Change
• Pollinator Ecology
• Agriculture and Ecosystem Services
• Interaction Networks
